Return & Refund Policy – SL8Store

1. Overview

SL8Store sells a mix of digital products, print-on-demand items, and physical goods. Due to the nature of these products, returns and refunds are limited and vary by product type.

By placing an order with SL8Store, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.


2. Digital Products (Downloads, Spreadsheets, Guides etc...)

All digital products sold on SL8Store are delivered electronically.

No returns or refunds are offered on digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Spreadsheets

  • Downloadable tools

  • PDF guides

  • Digital documents or future digital content

Once a digital product has been purchased and access or a download link has been provided, the sale is final. This is because digital products are instantly accessible and cannot be returned.

Exceptions

We will assist in the following limited circumstances:

  • You receive the wrong digital product

  • The file is defective or inaccessible

In these cases, we will provide a replacement or correct file. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase.


3. Print-on-Demand Products (T-shirts, Glassware, Custom Items)

Print-on-demand items are produced specifically to order.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Preference issues once the item has been produced

This applies because our print suppliers do not accept returns for sizing or personal choice errors.

Faulty or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives with:

  • A clear printing defect

  • A production error

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing photos of the issue. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement. Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided.


4. Physical Goods and Collectibles

Many of our physical items are second-hand or collectible products and are sold as described.

Please note:

  • Items may show signs of age, storage, or previous ownership

  • Minor imperfections such as card bends, blister cracks, yellowing, soft corners, paint variations, or marks may be present

  • Hand-painted items may show minor paint inconsistencies

All items are sold as seen. We make every effort to photograph and describe items accurately and highlight any major defects in the product listing.

Refunds or returns are not accepted for:

  • Minor imperfections

  • Age-related wear

  • Condition issues clearly visible in photos or descriptions

We strongly recommend reviewing all images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Physical Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong item

  • An item significantly different from its description

  • An item damaged in transit

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund.


6. Future Products

This policy applies to any future products sold via SL8Store unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Where a product has specific return terms, these will be clearly outlined at the point of sale and will take precedence over this general policy.
